THE READING ROOM

Full of character, The Reading Room at The Swan Southwold is a flexible conference and dining space perfect for professional gatherings on the Suffolk coast. Seating up to 50 guests, it provides a private , stylish setting for business meeting, strategy days, or workshops.

By day, the space functions as a well-equipped meeting room, and by evening it transforms into an elegant private dining venue. With locally sourced menus and seamless service, The Reading Room is the ideal choice for hosting corporate events in Southwold.

THE JUNIPER ROOM

Step into The Juniper Room, a hidden gem just off our Still Room restaurant. Begin with pre-dinner drinks beside our wine cabinets, just a hint at the decades of rich Adnams heritage you will discover at The Swan, before indulging in dinner within this elegant space, which sits up to 14 guests.

Perfect for private dining and intimate gatherings, The Juniper Room is about creating memorable moments. Our chefs craft menus with Suffolk’s finest produce, whilst our events team is on hand to assist with your group’s needs, turning any occasion into something truly unforgettable.

COASTAL GARDEN

Nestled within our private garden area, these 12 guest bedrooms provide an open environment separate from the main hotel, for delegates to connect with colleagues or unwind after a productive day. Move between indoor comforts and outdoor activities, this space is ideal for breakout sessions or team building exercises. Encouraging creativity and collaboration, our garden rooms offer the perfect balance of privacy, luxury and coastal charm, all with views of the iconic Adnams Brewery and Southwold Lighthouse!
