Our seasonal menu aims to surprise and delight with some familiar dishes and some less so. We source our ingredients locally (as much as we can) and our menu showcases the best of both the Suffolk country and the coast.

This elegant restaurant takes its name from our craft distillery, and you’ll find that the Copper House Distillery has influenced the design with features such as the stunning copper-topped bar showcasing our award-winning spirits. The Still Room has an air of grandeur and calm.
Lunch is served 12pm – 2.30pm, Afternoon Tea from 2.30pm – 4pm and Dinner from 5.30pm – 9pm.
Pre-booking is recommended, 24 hours notices is mandatory for Afternoon Tea.

With oak floors and artefacts galore, the Tap Room is steeped in Adnams heritage and is a great place for a light bite, long lunch or casual dinner. It’s a contemporary pub with a stylish showcase of Adnams beers.
Tables are on a first come first-served basis.
Treat yourself to our decadent afternoon tea, served in The Still Room between 2.30 & 4pm each day.
Enjoy three tiers of delights: a selection of sandwiches, buttermilk scones with clotted cream and jam and a tempting variety of pastries and cakes. Make it extra indulgent with a glass of Adnams Champagne or an Adnams Copper House G&T.

The Juniper Room can seat upto 14 people on a long table and The Reading Room up to 40 on round tables.
Theatre style for presentations or wedding ceremonies in The Reading Room can be for up to 50 people.
Private dining starts from £40 per person. Menus and drinks lists are personalised to your needs and occasion.
The Swan is licensed for civil ceremonies.
